These terms apply when you use this website or buy products from DELO LIFESTYLE LIMITED ("DELO", "we", "us"). Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Products
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and scale may vary between screens, and handcrafted or decorative details may vary slightly. Our jewellery is fashion jewellery unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you place an order. Payment must be authorised by the payment provider. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may reject or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or an obvious error has occurred; any payment taken will be refunded.
Delivery
Available methods, charges and estimates are displayed at checkout. Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Please provide complete and accurate delivery information.
Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale or use its content unlawfully. Website content, branding, images and designs are owned by or licensed to DELO and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from consumer use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Scotland and the United Kingdom. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
